In 2025 and beyond, AI is expected not only to deliver automation atop existing business processes, but also to create new processes, workflows and software, as per the research which surveyed 190 executives from India and 4,000 executives globally.

About 74% of Indian executives felt that AI that is “always there” brings new urgency to enterprise reinvention.

“As AI evolves to continuously learn and act autonomously with and on behalf of people, the only limiting factor is trust,” said Senthil Ramani, global lead, data and AI, Accenture. “People’s trust in AI is a measure of head and heart. It is crucial that organisations bring employees along and empower people to shape how and where to use gen AI as part of continuous skills development.”
