FITSO helps people participate in various fitness activities happening around them and even hire professional coaches has been in operation for three months now.

Social fitness app FITSO raises Rs 1.35 crore funding within 3 months
BENGALURU: FITSO, an app-based startup, which aims to works as a social platform to enable people with similar interests of fitness, to connect with each other, has raised Rs 1.35 crore ($200,000) in it's angel round of funding from Varun, Ex CTO of Grofers; Samar Singla, CEO, Jugnoo; Vinay Bansal, CFO, Wildcraft and others.

FITSO, short for ‘Fitness Social’, helps people participate in various fitness activities happening around them and even hire professional coaches has been in operation for three months now.

FITSOs founding team consists of three IIT-Delhi alumni--Saurabh Aggarwal, Naman Sharma, and Rahool Sureka. Aggarwal was at Flipkart in Business Development before quitting.

Sharma has worked with Zomato for four years before taking up the role of Technology and Product Head at FITSO. Sureka worked at Yepme and UrbanClap and is now the startup’s Marketing and Strategy Head.
