BENGALURU: Career transition services provider RiseSmart is in the process of expanding its outplacement and redeployment support to Indian corporations.

The organisation has recently expanded its offices with a move to a 20,000 sq.ft space and plans to hire 100+ employees in the next few months, totaling a team of 181 employees.

RiseSmart, which began operations in 2008, currently provides services to more than 40 industries and 70 countries. The company was acquired by Randstad in 2015 for Rs. 650 crore.

In addition to providing contemporary career transition solutions in India, RiseSmart also has international offices in Canada and Australia with plans to continue to expand globally.
