Rukam, others put Rs 7.5 crore in Svami

BENGALURU: Svami, a non-alcoholic, aerated beverage brand, has raised Rs 7.5 crore led by Rukam Capital Trust and Niren Shah, MD of Norwest Venture Partners India in his personal capacity. Ashish Chand’s family office Yukti Securities also participated.

Founded by Sahil Jatana, Rahul Mehra and Aneesh Bhasin in 2018, Svami manufactures and sells premium non-alcoholic drinks and mixers across retail stores, restaurant-pubs and e-commerce channels.

Currently, the brand has five products in the market including a range of Tonic Water, and Ginger Ale options. “All our product recipes are researched and developed in-house, along with bottling and packaging,” said CEO Jatana.
