Catenon expands into talent consulting, brings on board senior Urban Company executive

BENGALURU: Executive search firm Catenon is expanding into the niche segment of talent consulting and intelligence.

The recruitment services provider is also strengthening its top management and has brought onboard Vaibhav Agarwal to build and scale this new vertical. As the vice-president for consulting and intelligence, Agarwal will lead the mandate of modelling and growing the vertical, as a part of the firm’s long-term growth strategy in India.

Agarwal comes with experience across pharmaceuticals, FMCG, consumer internet and e-commerce sectors. He has played pivotal roles across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, international expansion and business development functions. Before joining Catenon, he was leading multiple business verticals for Urban Company across various markets in India.
