Billion Capture+: Was it the right call?
In the first of the series, we asked users what they thought about the new smartphone launched by Flipkart.

The Billion Capture+ launched recently through Flipkart’s now trademark flash sale, was sold out in a few hours, although the company declined to share the number of units sold. In a market dominated by the likes of Xiaomi and Samsung—which account for 45 % of smartphones sold in India—Flipkart is aiming to capture about a tenth of sales.

A majority of Twitter users polled by ET TECH said launching its own smartphone was not a smart move by Flipkart, and that it should stick to focusing on tie-ups with other brands.
