InvisQue launches platform to help restaurants manage queues and boost revenue
Restaurants benefit from a unified dashboard for operations and analytics, aiming to reduce walkouts and boost revenue by enhancing customer experience and table turnaround.

The platform replaces traditional paper waitlists, missed calls and multiple disconnected tools with a single QR code-based system that manages the entire customer journey-from joining a queue to seating, ordering and feedback collection.
According to the company, diners can scan a QR code on arrival to join a virtual queue, receive live updates on their expected waiting time, browse the menu and place orders before being seated. By the time guests reach their table, their food can already be in preparation, reducing service delays and improving table turnaround.
For restaurants, the platform provides a unified dashboard that combines queue management, table allocation, kitchen order management, valet operations and customer feedback in one interface. It also offers analytics to help operators understand guest behaviour and optimise operations.
“Restaurants have been stitching together paper lists, SMS tools and generic queue apps that don’t talk to each other. InvisQue replaces all of that with one connected platform that runs entirely from a guest’s phone browser, without requiring an app download or additional hardware,” said Gautam Sahijwala, founder of InvisQue in a statement.
The company said the platform is designed to address a common challenge faced by restaurants, where long or poorly managed waiting times often lead to customer walkouts and lost revenue. It cited industry data indicating that nearly two-thirds of guests are unlikely to return after a poor waiting experience.
InvisQue said early deployments have shown improvements in customer satisfaction and higher pre-order revenue, although it did not disclose specific figures.
The platform can be deployed in about two weeks without hardware installation and is designed to support both standalone restaurants and multi-location chains through centralised administration and location-specific customisation.
The company is currently onboarding restaurant partners across India.
