'What's your BEEF?': Rep Gill unloads on witness in fiery clash over benefits for illegal immigrants

A heated confrontation erupted on Capitol Hill as Rep. Brandon Gill pressed NDLON Legal Director Chris Newman over whether undocumented immigrants should receive taxpayer-funded unemployment benefits.
