Putin orders massive strikes on Ukraine, cites attacks on Russian civilian infrastructure
Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the Russian army has been ordered to launch massive strikes on Ukraine’s energy sector, according to his remarks following the SCO summit in Kyrgyzstan. According to the Russian leader, this order was issued in response to Ukraine’s continued attacks on Russia’s civilian infrastructure and fuel and energy complex, particularly oil refineries.
