Congress protests after Rajnath rakes up 42nd Amendment
Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge protested after Rajnath Singh said that Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar was not in favour of including works “socialist” and “secular” in the Constitution, which were later added through the 42nd Amendment.
