The Women's Premier League (WPL) 2025 mini auction will take place on December 15 in Bengaluru. As many as 120 player, including 91 Indians, 29 overseas and three players from the Associate Nations, will go under the hammer to fill 19 slots during.

A total of 82 uncapped Indian players and eight uncapped overseas players have registered themselves for the auction.

Gujarat Giants will enter the auction with the biggest purse of Rs 4.4 crore. They need four players, including two overseas players. Delhi Capitals will have the smallest purse with INR 2.5 crore.



UP Warriorz need to fill three slots, while other three teams Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Delhi Capitals will have four slots each to fill. RCB is the only team with no overseas slots left.

Indian all-rounder Snesh Rana (base price Rs 30 lakh) could be among the key attractions during the auction which will also have West Indies' Deandra Dottin (Rs 50 lakh). The all-rounder did not feature for Gujarat Giants in the first edition after being selected and went unsold in the second.

England captain Heather Knight (Rs 50 lakh) will also feature in the first set after being released by RCB.

The list, however, does not feature England bowler Issy Wong, who claimed the first-ever hat-trick in the competition, as well as New Zealand's Leah Tahuhu.

Wong was released by MI franchise ahead of the third season.

As per the WPL 2025 rules, each team can have a maximum of 18 players in their squad, including six overseas recruits.

RCB are the defending WPL champions. They beat Delhi Capitals in the final last season.
