Mumbai Indians unveil new jersey for IPL 2025, Hardik Pandya sends a message

IPL 2025: Mumbai Indians have launched their official jersey for the IPL 2025 season, staying true to the team’s signature blue and gold colours. The design reflects the essence of Mumbai Indians - trust, confidence, and an unyielding pursuit of excellence, the IPL team owned by Mukesh Ambani's Reliance said in a media release.

The blue in the jersey symbolises the team’s boundless potential, while the gold stands for glory and achievement, Mumbai Indians said. The kit also embodies Mumbai Indians' fearless approach to the game, a style that has made them one of the most successful teams in IPL history.

The franchise’s captain, Hardik Pandya, delivered a message to the team’s passionate fan base, known as the ‘Paltan’.


“Dear Paltan, 2025 is our opportunity to bring the legacy where it belongs. With the blue & gold on us, we will take the field to Play like Mumbai. This is not just our jersey. This is a promise to you. Chala bhetu, Wankhede la (Let’s meet, at Wankhede)," Pandya said.

With Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, Suryakumar Yadav, and Tilak Varma forming the core of the squad, Pandya’s message signals the team’s commitment to continuing their legacy.
