Their openers, Virat Kohli and Phil Salt have looked in good touch but have thrown it away more often. Devdutt Padikkal has played a couple of cameos but struggled in the previous match, while Rajat Patidar has been their best batter. Jitesh Sharma and Tim David have given good finishes but Liam Livingstone is a cause of concern.

The bowling has looked good with the pace trio of Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Josh Hazlewood an Yash Dayal providing regular wickets, while spinner Suyash Sharma and Krunal Pandya have also done their part.
