Ruling parties get back in Tripura, Meghalaya and Nagaland

GUWAHATI: The three states of Tripura, Nagaland and Meghalaya which went polls have voted in favour of the ruling coalition. While Left Front is looking to romp back to power in Tripura, the verdict of Meghalaya voters is for congress and Nagaland has decided to give Democratic Alliance of Nagaland ( DAN ) another chance.

In Tripurain 60 member assembly Left Front is looking to touch 50 seats. Naga People's Front ( NPF) is surging ahead in Nagaland with the party winning 22 seats. In Meghalayacongress is ahead in 25 seats.
