Priyanka declared movable assets worth over ₹4.24 crore, which include deposits in three bank accounts, investments in mutual funds, PPF, a Honda CRV car gifted by Robert Vadra, and over 4,400 grams of gold valued at ₹1.15 crore.

Her immovable assets are worth more than ₹7.74 crore, consisting of two inherited half-shares of agricultural land in Mehrauli, New Delhi, and a half-share in a farmhouse building, all of which together are now valued at over ₹2.10 crore. Additionally, she owns a self-acquired residential property in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, currently valued at over ₹5.63 crore.

She is also undergoing Income Tax reassessment proceedings for the 2012-13 assessment year, requiring her to pay over ₹15 lakh in taxes, as per the affidavit.

The second FIR, registered in Uttar Pradesh in 2020, is under sections 188 (disobedience to a public servant's order), 269 (negligent act likely to spread infection), and 270 (malignant act likely to spread infection) of the IPC for her protest against the Hathras incident.

Both Priyanka and Rahul Gandhi were charged for allegedly violating prohibitory orders under CrPC section 144 and the Epidemic Diseases Act during their walk towards Hathras to meet the family of a Dalit rape victim in 2020.
