Rajasthan polls: Filing of nomination to begin on November 5

JAIPUR: Nomination process for Assembly elections in Rajasthan will begin on November 5 with the issuance of notification.

Chief Electoral Officer Ashok Jain said the process of Assembly elections will begin with the notification for all 200 constituencies.

The last date for filing nominations is November 12 and they can be withdrawn till November 16.

Scrutiny of nomination papers will be done on November 13.

Single phase polling in the state is slated for December 1 and counting will take place on December 8.
