Hitting out at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for 'duplicity', the BJP today shared a video alleging that he travels in Emirates First Class, the most luxurious and expensive air travel option. BJP media in-charge Amit Malviya today shared a video on X, stating: "While in India, Balak Buddhi Rahul Gandhi pretends to be with the downtrodden, often indulging in theatrics with professional artists and passing them off as Loco Pilots, masons, mechanics etc. But off camera, he flies Emirates First Class, the most luxurious and expensive experience in air."

Malviya alleged that this kind of duplicity is visible in Indian socialist who speaks about poor in public and enjoys lavish life otherwise. "This duplicity is the bane of India’s socialists, who claim to speak for the poor in public but maintain a lavish life style otherwise. For instance, look at the boorish display of wealth that supposedly socialist leaders like Thejaswi Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav and their families indulge in," Malviya said on X.

Rahul Gandhi recently met with Indian Railways loco pilots who reported "inadequate rest due to understaffing." Gandhi had promised to bring their concerns to Parliament. Approximately 50 loco pilots from across India shared their grievances at the New Delhi railway station. They highlighted insufficient rest and long work hours, which they say contribute to stress and accidents. This issue has been noted in various Indian Railways reports, including a recent investigation into an accident in Vishakapatnam.

The loco pilots requested a weekly rest of 46 hours, which would allow them to return to work no later than Sunday morning if they finish on Friday afternoon. They argue that the current regulations, which prescribe 30+16 hours of rest per week, are not being enforced, despite these hours being standard for other professions, such as aviation.

Earlier, Rahul Gandhi also met masons and mechanics to understand their plight.
