MCC violation: Congress moves Supreme Court against PM Modi, Amit Shah
The Congress moved the Supreme Court against Prime Minister Modi and Bharatiya Janata Party president Amit Shah on Monday related to an incident of Model Code of Conduct (MCC) violation. All India Mahila Congress president Sushmita Dev filed a petition saying she was forced to move the apex court as the Election Commission had not acted on their representation.
