India Inc sounds out labs for antibody tests

NEW DELHI | MUMBAI: A number of manufacturing and consumer-facing companies have approached private laboratories to conduct antibody tests for Covid-19 on their employees to ensure safety of their workforce and customers as they resume their work and business.

Automobile, telecom, manufacturing and entertainment companies and salons are among those seeking the tests, people privy to the matter told ET.

Some laboratories have also started offering training programmes to organisations on how to get antibody tests rolling for their employees, they said.
