Gujarat, Himachal win proves people's faith in Modi: Sarbananda Sonowal

GUWAHATI: Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal said that BJP’s win in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh has proved people’s faith in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Congratulating Modi and party president Amit Shah, Sonowal said that the victory is reflection of people’s acceptance of Centre’s policies and programmes.

“Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh results have proved that the people of the country are happy and feeling secured under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This historic mandate reflects people's trust in the vision of the PM and their belief in his mission towards a great and transformed India”, he said.


The chief minister also said that Modi has instilled a sense of security among the masses.

“Prime Minister instills a sense of security among all sections of the people of our country and he ushers in a new mantra of equal development which becomes evident from people’s acceptability of his policies irrespective of caste, creed, community and religion,” Sonowal added.
