Give us some time, we will catch your theft in every Assembly, Lok Sabha seat: Rahul Gandhi's open message to ECI

"Give us some time, we will catch your theft in every Assembly, Lok Sabha seat and put it before people," Gandhi said while addressing a rally as a part of his 'Vote Adhikar Yatra' in Bihar's Gaya.
Gandhi claimed that the Election Commission's 'vote theft' has been caught but they are asking him for an affidavit, adding that the entire country will ask the ECI for an affidavit.
"EC is accountable; it is their 'theft' that has been caught but they ask me for an affidavit. I'd like to tell the EC, the entire country will ask for your affidavit...We are going to detect your 'theft' in every state, every Lok Sabha constituency, every Vidhan Sabha constituency and show it to the country...Just like Modi ji announces special packages, EC has brought a new special package for Bihar - SIR," Gandhi said.
He further threatened the three election commissioners of action when the INDIA bloc would be in power.
Vote Adhikar Yatra
Gandhi began the 16-day 'Voter Adhikar Yatra' from Sasaram on Sunday. He accused the ECI of stealing elections in collusion with the BJP and asserted that the INDIA bloc will not let their "latest conspiracy to steal" Bihar polls through SIR succeed. With barely three months left for the Bihar Assembly polls, Gandhi was joined by his Mahagathbandhan allies in the state in a jeep driven by RJD's Tejashwi Yadav to kick-start the 1,300-km yatra and send a message that the Opposition is united in the state.
In his remarks at the yatra launch event, he alleged that assembly and Lok Sabha polls were being "stolen" across the country and there was a "conspiracy" in Bihar to do the same through the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise.
The Congress leader said while he was asked to submit an affidavit after his press conference exposing "vote chori", no such demand was made from BJP leaders who made claims in their presser.
"We have come here to tell you that we will not let them steal the election in Bihar. People of Bihar will not let them steal elections. The poor only have the power of vote and we will not let them steal polls," the leader of opposition in the Lok Sabha said.
"Wherever this theft is happening, be it Bihar, Maharashtra, Assam, West Bengal, we will catch their theft and put it before the people," Gandhi said.
