With poll-bound Bihar ally RJD too toying with the idea of joining the boycott brigade of Trinamool, SP, SS-UBT and AAP, it is adding to pressure despite Congress' instincts to join JPC. However, DMK's TKS Elangovan said his party favoured joining JPC to register its opposition to the bill. "We have reasons to think that joining the JPC can be useful, but we also want to take everybody together against BJP," said a Congress MP.
