Bihar: Setback for Nitish Kumar, Patna High Court stays caste-based census
Patna High Court Thursday put on hold a caste-based survey being conducted by the Bihar government. The ongoing survey in Bihar lists 28 questions, including caste, gender, religion, educational and financial status.
