Battleground Mizoram: EC facilitates Bru refugees to vote
Mizoram, the last northeast bastion of Congress, votes today to elect a new government. The state is witnessing a healthy voter turnout with 15% voters turning up till 9 AM. Around 11,100 security personnel comprising central paramilitary and state security forces have been deployed to foil any attempt to create trouble during the polling.Voting which began at 7 am will continue uninterrupted till 4 pm
