MANGALURU: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today appreciated the 'people-oriented' agitational programmes of the Aam Aadmi party's local unit and urged them to reinforce the organisation.

Party leaders said Aam Aadmi workers from Sullia met Kejriwal this morning and briefed him about the organisational activities and agitational programmes of the AAP in the taluk.

Appreciating the 'people-oriented' agitational programmes of the unit, he urged them to reinforce the organisation, they said.

Earlier, Kejriwal was accorded a warm welcome by workers of the party's Dakshina Kannada unit on his arrival last night to attend a function at the SDM college of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences at Ujire near here.

A group of AAP leaders were present at the airport to welcome Kejriwal.

Kejriwal is here to participate in the convocation ceremony of the Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences at Ujire.
