West Bengal: Amid violence, Governor meets PM Modi, Amit Shah
Amid post-election violence in West Bengal, the state’s Governor Keshari Nath Tripathi on Monday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, and informed the two of the prevailing situation in the state. "My visit to the Prime Minister and the Home Minister was a courtesy call," Tripathi told the media after his visit.
