In this viral video, workers can be seen throwing the parcels carelessly across the railway platform out of the train. Some parcels even seen hit a ceiling fan at the station. According to a Twitter user, who shared the video, the video was shot on March 24th, 2022 at the Guwahati Railway station and the train was New Delhi Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express (12424).
The footage has garnered nearly 3 million views on Twitter.

Following the outrage by many users who blamed the Indian Railways for mishandling the packages, the Northeast Frontier Railway, through its official Twitter handle, has clarified that the Indian Railways is not responsible for handling of parcels.

"As a customer centric company, we take great care in the safe delivery of all our customer packages. This video came to our attention in March 2022 and corrective actions have been taken," Amazon said.
