About 2,500 domestic and foreign exhibitors from various countries including the UK and UAE will showcase their products.
The 41st edition of the India International Trade Fair (IITF) is currently going on at the Pragati Maidan in New Delhi. The theme of the present edition of trade fair is ‘Vocal for Local, Local to Global’. The fair started on November 14 and will go on till November 27. The general public can visit the fair from November 19.

About 2,500 domestic and foreign exhibitors from various countries including the UK and UAE will showcase their products.

India Trade Promotion Organisation said this year, Bihar, Jharkhand and Maharashtra are Partner States while Uttar Pradesh and Kerala are the Focus States.


Leh-Ladakh is participating for the first time.

"IITF offers an ideal platform to showcase Indian products under the 'Vocal for Local' campaign, and infuse renewed confidence and vigour in the Indian economy," it said.

Some 12 countries including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Belarus, Iran, Nepal, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, and the UK will participate in the fair.

Central ministries, commodity boards, state-owned units like KVIC, Department of Income Tax, customs, Ministry of Ayush, National Jute Board, and the RBI will also display the achievements of their sectors.

The fair have been inaugurated by Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal on November 14.

Entry Timings
The timings of the fair are 10.00 AM to 7.30 PM from 14 to November 26 and 10.00 AM to 4.30 PM on 27th November.

A footfall of over 10, 00,000 is expected at the event this year.

Entry ticket prices
The tickets for the IITF 2022 are available at 67 Delhi Metro stations. The tickets will also be available at gate number 4 and 10 of Pragati Maidan. Citizens can also buy tickets online from Paytm Insider.

Free entry for school students
School students upto class 12 will be allowed free entry only at weekdays at the event, they need to furnish a letter from the school principal on school letterhead. The students will be accompanied by a sufficient number of teachers. The students should be in school uniform.

Weekends/holidays - Rs 150 per ticket for adults and Rs 60 per ticket for children.

Weekdays- Rs 80 per ticket for adults and Rs 40 per ticket for children.
