During an interaction with content creator Jayachandran Tamilarasan, the worker revealed that his fitness is not accidental but the result of a fixed weekly schedule. Even after a full day of labour, he manages to train five days a week.Sharing his plan, he said, "I do chest workout on Monday, shoulder workout on Tuesday, Wednesday is for back workout, Thursday is dedicated to biceps and triceps, and Friday is the leg day."

However, he is mindful of his limits. Since his job already involves intense physical effort, he avoids pushing too hard on certain days. He added, "I don't do extreme leg workouts."
High-carb meals power his day
Contrary to popular gym advice that often focuses on protein-heavy diets, the worker relies on carbohydrates to fuel his energy-intensive routine.He sticks to three meals a day, mainly consisting of rice and simple home-cooked dishes. Explaining his choices, he said, "No idli, dosa".
Detailing further, he shared, "I eat only white rice along with sambar, rasam, and curries made of beetroot, carrot, and other vegetables. I only eat white rice for all three meals. I rarely eat fruits, and have non-veg once a week. Only mutton once a week, no chicken or fish."
No shortcuts, no supplements
