In a recent post on X, Rishad Premji, the Executive Chairman of Wipro Limited, highlighted the significance of mental health. He stressed the need for open conversations and the importance of breaking the stigmas surrounding mental well-being. His message resounded with clarity: "It's absolutely fine to have moments when you're not feeling okay."

"We should relentlessly break barriers so that we talk about mental health with the same comfort we talk about our physical health. It’s ok to not be okay at times," Premji wrote.

Here he underscored that mental health and depression should be treated with the same gravity as any physical ailment. He also emphasised the value of supporting friends, family, and colleagues, particularly during trying and isolating circumstances.

Premji has often used his social media platform to address mental health concerns.
