In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), Kamra shared an incident that allegedly took place at an Ola service centre, drawing attention to the behaviour of the company's bouncers.
"Hey @bhash You’ve sold such an innovative indian product you’ve had to hire bouncers to protect the staff," Kamra wrote in his post on X, tagging CEO Bhavish Aggartwal.
The standup comedian shared the post of an X user where he described an encounter including bouncers carrying weapons at the service centre reportedly acting aggressively towards customers, raising concerns about the company’s approach to customer service.
"Ola service appointment ticket 05735050 is scheduled for 2024-10-20 at OLA Experience Centre, Virar-Mumbai and No one is taking a scooter for repair, no job sheet giving. Bouncers are at Center to reply to the customer with weapons," the X user wrote in his post, tagging Kunal Kamra.
Ola vs Kamra: Previous spats
However, this is not the first time Kamra has butted heads with the Ola founder. The standup comedian publicly targeted Ola and its founder at least twice over its bad service product quality, and policy transparency. In round 2 of the fight between the two last week, Kamra brought up the non-transparent refund and customer complaint policies offered by Ola.
"Ola Electric hasn’t disclosed any plan to issue refunds or put an end date to current customer complaints. We don’t even know if there is a plan," Kamra posted on X, reigniting the public spat.
The exchange escalated as both Kamra and Aggarwal traded barbs through multiple posts on X. At one point, Aggarwal wrote, "Chot lagi? Dard hua? Aaja service center. Bahut kaam hai. (Are you wounded? In pain? Come to the service center. There’s a lot of work). I will pay better than your flop shows pay you. Show your audience how much you care or if it’s all just gas and BS."
