Let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes until the jamuns soften and the pulp begins to separate from the seeds. Stir occasionally during the process.

3. Cool and Mash
Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool. Once cooled, gently mash the jamuns without crushing the seeds, as they can add bitterness.

4. Strain the Juice
Strain the mixture into a bowl to extract the juice. Use a spoon to press the pulp and collect as much liquid as possible.

5. Add Lemon Juice
Stir in lemon juice to enhance the flavour and give the drink a refreshing tang.

6. Serve and Garnish
Pour the jamun juice into a glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.

A Perfect Summer Refresher

Jamun sharbat is a perfect blend of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavours, making it an ideal drink to stay cool and hydrated during hot summer days. Easy to prepare and packed with seasonal goodness, it’s a must-try for anyone looking to beat the heat naturally.
