On Christmas Eve, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky delivered one of his most powerful and confrontational addresses since the war began. As Russian strikes hit Ukrainian cities during a sacred holiday, Zelensky condemned what he called “godless” attacks, spoke of faith and unity, and sent a direct message to Vladimir Putin and to a watching world.
