'She’s American citizen': ICE under fire after agent points gun at Virginia woman; Dems demand probe
A recorded ICE encounter in Northern Virginia is sparking controversy after U.S. citizen Carolina Molina said an ICE agent pointed a gun at her during a confrontation in Bailey’s Crossroads on August 10. The incident has now prompted Reps. Don Beyer and Suhas Subramanyam to demand a federal investigation by the FBI and a review by the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division.
