Secret Service agent was robbed at gunpoint in Tustin, California, during President Joe Biden's visit to the state for a high-profile fundraiser. The incident occurred on Saturday, June 15, shortly after 9:30 pm, while President Biden attended an event in Los Angeles.

According to the US Secret Service, the agent was returning from work when he was accosted in a residential community in Tustin, about an hour's drive southeast of Los Angeles. The agent had his bag stolen at gunpoint but was not injured in the incident. The agent fired his gun during the confrontation, but it is unclear if anyone was shot.

The Tustin Police Department responded to a robbery report at the Tustin Fields 1 residential community. Officers found some of the agent's stolen belongings in the area but have not yet found a suspect. Police reported a silver Infiniti FX35 was seen leaving the scene.

Authorities are still investigating the incident and are seeking assistance from anyone with information. Individuals can contact the Tustin Police Department at 714-573-3372.

Biden and former President Barack Obama held a fundraising event in Los Angeles that brought in more than $30 million for Biden's re-election campaign. The event, which took place at the Peacock Theater, was attended by celebrities like George Clooney, Julia Roberts, and Barbra Streisand.

The Secret Service said they did not know if anyone was shot during the robbery incident. The investigation is ongoing.
