On CAM: Handcuffed Maduro brought via chopper to New York, ringed by armed agents for court showdown
Captured Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro arrived in Manhattan under heavy security to face federal criminal charges in New York. Video showed Maduro in handcuffs, escorted by armed Drug Enforcement Administration agents, transferred from a helicopter to an armored vehicle ahead of his court appearance.
