‘Not happy’: White House says Trump is not surprised by deadly Russia strikes on Ukraine

US President Donald Trump was reportedly ‘not happy’ after Russia launched a major air attack on Kyiv, Ukraine, early Thursday. The strikes targeted the city center, killing at least 19 people, wounding 48, and damaging EU diplomatic offices. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said Trump was unsurprised given the long-standing Russia-Ukraine conflict and added he will make a further statement on the situation later.
