US President Donald Trump has made a ‘major’ announcement on Russia following his Monday meeting with NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte. The announcement comes a day after Trump approved the sale of US Patriot missiles to European allies, allowing them to transfer the weapons to Ukraine. On Sunday, Trump expressed fresh frustration with Russian President Vladimir Putin, saying, ‘He talks nice and then he bombs everybody in the evening. A little bit of a problem there.’
