'Despite radical courts, ICE breaking records…': Homan torches 'activist judges' | US immigration
On August 11, Border Czar Tom Homan fired back at critics of the Trump administration's immigration crackdown. Homan said ICE is making more arrests than at any point in American history, despite what he describes as more than 100 nationwide injunctions and thousands of habeas cases challenging detentions. He accused "activist judges" of repeatedly blocking immigration enforcement and forcing the release of migrants who agents then have to locate again.
