Carney enrages Conservative critics by keeping budget cards close to chest amid US tariff tensions

Prime Minister Mark Carney fired back at a Conservative calls for a spring budget in question period on Tuesday. 'Unlike the member opposite, I know the difference between main estimates and budget,’ he said in response to Conservative MP Kelly McCauley. House Speaker Francis Scarpaleggia asked Carney to start over himself after Conservative heckling drowned him out.
