American singer Adam Levine and Namibian model Behati Prinsloo have sold their Montecito mansion for a reported $60 million, about three years after they bought the property for $52 million. The duo had put up their property for sale at $65 million in July 2025.

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo Bought the Montecito Estate for $52 Million

The Maroon 5 lead singer and the Victoria's Secret model purchased the Montecito property in 2022 in an off-market deal for $52 million, as per Architectural Digest. The couple had owned the estate for roughly three years before putting it up for sale.

The property sits on about 3.4 acres in Montecito. Architectural Digest described the estate as a Georgian-style home built in 2009 for actor Rob Lowe.


The Montecito Mansion Was Listed for $65 Million

Sugar singer and Prinsloo put the house up for sale at $65 million in July 2025. At the time, the couple was preparing to move to another Southern California property closer to their children's school. A representative for the family told Architectural Digest that the new home was "too special to resist."

Mansion Global also reported that the couple planned to develop the new property over the following year.

The Montecito estate sold about three months after it was listed. Realtor.com also reported that the couple accepted a $60 million offer.

That means the reported sale price was $5 million below the $65 million asking price but $8 million above the couple's reported $52 million purchase price.

The $8 million figure is the difference between the reported purchase and sale prices.

What Adam Levine's Montecito Estate Included

The estate included the main house along with two guesthouses, a pool house, two garages, a tennis court and a swimming pool, according to Architectural Digest. The property also featured vegetable gardens, an outdoor kitchen, a koi pond and a chicken coop.

Mansion Global similarly reported that the 3.4-acre property included a main house and two guesthouses, as well as a gym and wellness area, theater, tennis court, catering kitchen, vegetable gardens and chicken coop.

The Couple Renovated the Montecito Property

During their ownership, Levine and Prinsloo worked with Los Angeles-based Clements Design on renovations to the home. Architectural Digest reported that the property had been renovated with a minimalist aesthetic.

The listing states that, "the home is the epitome of turnkey luxury," as per Rrealtor.com report.
