American singer and songwriter Jennifer Lopez and American actor and filmmaker Ben Affleck paid $60.85 million for a sprawling Beverly Crest estate in 2023. The property had once been listed for $135 million, but three years after their purchase, it is back up for sale at $49.995 million.

The estate, which is located at 2571 Wallingford Drive, sits on 5.2 acres and includes a roughly 38,000-square-foot main residence, as per a Los Angeles Times report. The current listing shows 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Bought the Estate for $60.85 Million

Office Romance actress and Good Will Hunting actor bought the property in May 2023 for $60.85 million in cash, according to the Los Angeles Times.


The property had a much higher asking price several years earlier. The Real Deal reported that it was first listed for $135 million in 2018. That figure was an asking price, rather than the price Lopez and Affleck ultimately paid for the estate.

The couple's purchase came after the estate had gone through several price changes during its time on the market.

The 5.2-Acre Estate Has 12 Bedrooms and 24 Bathrooms

The property is spread across 5.2 acres and has approximately 38,000 square feet of living space.

According to the current listing, the estate has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. The compound also includes a guesthouse, caretaker residence and guardhouse, as per The Beverly Hills Estates report.

Among its amenities is an indoor sports complex with basketball and pickleball courts, along with a gym, lounge and bar. The property also has a 12-car garage.

The Mansion Returned to the Market for $68 Million

Lopez and Affleck's Beverly Crest home did not remain off the market for long.

In July 2024, the estate was listed for $68 million, according to The Real Deal. The listing came after the couple's relationship had changed, with the property subsequently going through further price changes.

The property was later taken off the market before returning again in 2026.

Jennifer Lopez Is Now Asking $49.995 Million

The house was re-listed again in May 2026 at an asking price of $49.995 million, as per The Real Deal.

That asking price is about $10.86 million below the $60.85 million Lopez and Affleck paid for the property in 2023.
