Starbucks Fall Menu 2026: Pumpkin Spice Latte returns with new drinks, food and PSL merchandise

Pumpkin spice season has officially arrived at Starbucks.

The coffee chain launched its 2026 fall menu on Tuesday, August 25, bringing back the iconic Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) along with returning seasonal favorites, new pumpkin drinks, banana bread-inspired beverages, pecan drinks and a new cider-inspired creation.

The Starbucks fall menu also includes new food items such as the Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket and Hedgehog Cake Pop, while the popular Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin is returning for the season.


Starbucks is also celebrating the annual PSL comeback with a new collection of pumpkin spice-inspired merchandise.

The chain is also introducing two drinks inspired by the flavors of banana bread: the Iced Banana Bread Latte and Iced Banana Bread Chai. Starbucks says the drinks combine banana, cinnamon and brown sugar flavors.

Another new addition is the Iced Chaider, which combines chai-inspired fall flavors with strawberry acai flavors for a crisp, cider-like drink.

What food is new at Starbucks for fall 2026?

The 2026 Starbucks fall menu isn't limited to drinks. The chain is also adding new food options.

The Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket features chicken, crispy bacon and creamy garlic herb cheese spread wrapped in toasted whole-wheat lavash. Starbucks says the item contains 20 grams of protein.

The Hedgehog Cake Pop is another new seasonal treat. It is made with vanilla cake and buttercream, coated in chocolaty icing and finished with chocolate sprinkles.

Meanwhile, the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin is returning to the menu. The seasonal muffin combines spiced pumpkin with sweet cream cheese and is topped with chopped pepitas.

Starbucks launches PSL merchandise for fall 2026

Starbucks is also leaning into pumpkin spice season with a new PSL Society merchandise collection.

The 2026 collection includes a pumpkin-embroidered PSL hat priced at $29.95, a 16-ounce stainless steel cold cup with an orange finish and purple accents for $29.95, and a 12-ounce ceramic PSL mug with an orange design and pastel purple handle for $19.95.

Starbucks' pumpkin spice-themed grocery products, including packaged coffee, creamers and ready-to-drink beverages, are also available ahead of the in-store fall menu launch.
