Bistro 57 raised seed funding to expand its vegetarian-only stores in North India

Bistro 57 has successfully raised seed funding to fuel its expansion plans. Delhi-based Bistro 57 is one of the fastest-growing vegetarian-only cafe chains in North India. The company will use this fund towards new store openings, improving customer experiences, and making an automated supply chain.

Founded in 2016 by Ankit Aggarwal and Siddharth Gupta with a vision to redefine vegetarian cafes, Bistro 57 has rapidly grown to 35 locations across North India. Bistro 57 is known for its freshly and locally sourced ingredients and a wide menu that caters to traditional and modern tastes.
