Bistro 57, a rapidly expanding vegetarian-only cafe chain in North India, has raised seed funding to fuel its growth. The funds will be used for opening new stores, enhancing customer experiences, and automating the supply chain.

Founded in 2016 by Ankit Aggarwal and Siddharth Gupta with a vision to redefine vegetarian cafes, Bistro 57 has rapidly grown to 35 locations across North India. Bistro 57 is known for its freshly and locally sourced ingredients and a wide menu that caters to traditional and modern tastes.
“This funding marks a significant milestone in our journey,” said Ankit Aggarwal, Founder and CEO of Bistro 57. “We will stay true to our commitment to offering delicious, sustainable, and wholesome vegetarian cuisine.”
The latest round of funding will support Bistro 57 in expanding its stores in new regions, investing in technology for seamless customer engagement and automating its supply chain.
Many marquee angel investors from different industries participated in this round.
There is a rising demand for fresh and 100% vegetarian food options in India. Bistro 57 is targeting to become an important player in this evolving cafe landscape.
