Why should paid data expire? Raghav Chadha seeks rollover of unused mobile data

AAP Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha raised a critical issue in Parliament on March 23, questioning why unused mobile data expires despite users having paid for it. He urged telecom companies to implement data rollover policies, allowing customers to carry over their unused data to the next billing cycle. Additionally, he called for a value adjustment for underused data and the option to transfer unused data to other users.
