West Asia crisis: Two Indian LPG vessels safely transit Strait of Hormuz

Government updates, consumers can safely collect 5 kg LPG cylinders from nearest distributors with valid ID—no address proof required. In the last 14 days, more than 675,000 cylinders were sold, with daily sales hitting 90,000 cylinders on April 4. According to Mukesh Mangal, 16 Indian-flagged vessels are currently in transit, alongside several foreign-flagged vessels. Two LPG vessels—Green Sanvi (46,500 MT LPG, 25 seafarers) and Green Asha (15,500 MT LPG, 26 seafarers)—have safely crossed the Strait of Hormuz.
