‘We want action’: Rahul Gandhi attacks BJP-RSS over ‘Haldwani Purification’; calls it untouchability

Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi launched a sharp attack on the BJP and RSS over alleged untouchability and the reported ‘purification’ rituals following visits by Congress leaders in Uttarakhand. Calling such practices a crime under the Constitution, Gandhi demanded action and said Congress would respond if no action is taken. He also highlighted alleged discrimination against Dalits in schools, villages and public spaces, while framing the issue as a larger ideological fight over the Constitution and social equality.
