‘Article 371 is very big commitment’: Kiren Rijiju in Leh on Ladakh special provision
Union Minister Kiren Rijiju said, “The Prime Minister is also scheduled to visit Ladakh again,” while outlining the government’s plans for “a special provision” under Article 371, seven districts and seven councils, along with road connectivity and telecommunications in border areas.
