Shibu Soren passes away at 81; Son and Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren confirms on social media
Former Jharkhand Chief Minister and JMM patriarch Shibu Soren passed away at 81 in Delhi after battling a prolonged illness. Known as the founding figure of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, he played a pivotal role in the state's political landscape for nearly four decades.
