‘Parliament cannot be a notice board’: Tharoor slams govt for refusing debate on ‘burning issues’

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor questions the lathi-charge during the CJP protest in Delhi, saying that a lathi-charge is an act of violence against a non-violent protest.
